Junk Dawgs Joins Forces with YAPS Animal Rescue in a Paw-sitive Partnership

Junk Dawgs, the premier junk removal service in the Inland Empire, is thrilled to announce an exciting collaboration with YAPS Animal Rescue, a local nonprofit dedicated to rescuing and finding fur-ever homes for Dogs and Cats alike. This partnership holds special meaning for Junk Dawgs, as their owner, Drew, personally experienced the transformative power of adoption when welcoming their beloved dog into their family from YAPS.

As a compassionate advocate for animal welfare, Junk Dawgs deeply appreciates the invaluable work performed by YAPS in providing second chances to animals in need. This partnership reflects Junk Dawgs' profound gratitude for YAPS impact on their own furry family member's life. The compassion and love for these rescues is evident through each of the team members at YAPS.

Through this partnership, Junk Dawgs aims to amplify YAPS' efforts in promoting pet adoption, responsible ownership, and the overall well-being of animals. Together, they will collaborate on raising awareness, organizing adoption events, and supporting YAPS' vital initiatives through a range of joint activities. Established in 1957 by Betty Martines and her husband, they saved many lives and became a nonprofit animal rescue in 1957, YAPS has been a beacon of hope for countless animals in need. With privately owned state-of-the-art kennels, as well as a dedicated quarantine area, they have expanded the capacity to provide temporary shelter to more animals, amplifying their reach and impact within the community.

"I am incredibly honored to partner with YAPS, an organization that holds a special place in my heart. Adopting my dog from YAPS has brought immeasurable joy into my life, and I am dedicated to giving back to the shelter that made it all possible. Our collaboration will undoubtedly make a significant difference in the lives of animals in need."

“At YAPS, we are privileged to have the space and resources necessary to be a no-kill nonprofit rescue. Some of our four-legged friends have stayed at our privately owned facility for up to two years, and we consider it a privilege to provide them with a safe haven until they find their fur-ever homes. Collaboration with other animal rescues and shelters is an essential part of our philosophy, and we gladly donate blankets and food whenever there is a surplus. We firmly believe that by supporting one another, we can achieve our shared goal of saving as many lives as possible.”

By leveraging their shared commitment to animal welfare, Junk Dawgs and YAPS hope to inspire the community to consider pet adoption and provide loving homes to deserving animals. Together, they aspire to create a brighter future for pets in the Redlands/Yucaipa area.
